Where necessary the pressure gauge may be separated from aggressive process media by means of a diaphragm seal. The seal is made from materials resistant to the medium and the pressure is transferred to the gauge via a suitable filling liquid. There are many types of seals available for numerous applications and can be fitted direct or remotely via capillary. Available in 63, 80, 100, 160, 200 and 250mm dial sizes, with direct, surface or flush panel mounting options. All are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 837-1. Optional extra's available.
Please contact our sales team to discuss specific requirements or for a copy of our applicable Data Sheet 213.

GDG opposing bourdon tube type differential pressure gauges are designed to measure the difference in pressure between two points in a system and present the resultant differential pressure directly on a single gauge dial. GDG differential pressure gauges, as standard, are manufactured with a maximum static/line pressure of 3x the differential pressure, this can be greater if required but will equate to a shorter scale angle than the usual 270' scale.

GDG electric contact. Microswitch pressure gauges are suitable where the application is for control of pressure & for auidible or visible alarms. These gauges give electrical output which can be used to turn a motor on/off & similar applications. Configurations can be from single to double contacts with m.o.r./.b.o.r output settings. All are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 837-1. Optional extra's available.

GDG safety pattern gauges are designed to be used with any media but primarily have been designed for gas and steam service. Gas and steam in excess of 25bar pressure can represent danger if there is a rupture in the bourdon tube measuring this gas. To minimize the danger, gauges in this application should be saftey pattern type, having solid front wall between the bourdon tube and dial, secured safety window and blow out back to allow release of any blast to the rear of the gauge. Optional extra's available.
